Arrows says that Verstappen has signed a deal with them. Verstappen says that he still hasn't signed anything, but that it is looking very good between him and Arrows. Our opinion is that he is still waiting for an opening at Ligier. According to Verstappen there are still open places at Ligier, Sauber, Arrows, Minardi.
