Craig Pollock has apologized for the world counsel about the misunderstanding of the tabacco livery from the BAR team. Although it was expected that the team could be suspended or at least the team would be fined, the FIA accepted his apology. Pollock stated that the lawyers of the team were responsible for the announcements towards the FIA. With this explanation, the difference about this matter we be solved.
