Arrows in appeal after FIA fine

Just before he wanted to leave the Sao Paulo circuit Jos received a fine of 15.000 US Dollars from FIA. OrangeArrows is appealing against this decision. Jos commented: "I agree with the appeal, why did we get a fine and Villeneuve did not in Melbourne and neither did Barrichello today in the same spot. Everyone saw I played fair, I went off my line to give him way. Besides our telemetric data shows that I had a lesser speed and applied my brakes 30 meters earlier that normal. I do not know what happened. I feel guilty about the accident and I have apologised to Montoya after the race."
