Jos finishes second free practice on 14th position

On a cloudy A1 Ring David Coulthard lapped the fastest time of the second free practice, 1.11.245.

Confident after a 14th place

Jos finished with a 1.12.705 on 14th and commented that he enjoyed driving. "The car feels good and although we are still short of engine power I am confident about tomorrow's qualification. We have to see which tyre we will choose. I have to say I am very satisfied about today." Enrique Bernoldi finished on a 16th place with a time of 1.12.853. Second to sixth place are Mika Hakkinen, Rubens Barrichello, Ralf Schumacher, Michael Schumacher and Nick Heidfeld. For a complete overview of all the times,
