BAR continues with appeal

After yesterday's Grand Prix BAR filed a complaint with 'stewards of the meeting' because Kimi Raikkonen supposedly overtook someone under a yellow flag. The officials decided no action would be taken. BAR seems very convinced and will appeal. The FIA gave the team a week to give them evidence and then it will be investigated.
Even if BAR will succeed it is very unlikely that Jos will shift up in the end result. Earlier this year driver who overtook under yellow were given a time penalty and this time it will not be enough to change a 6th place for 5th.
