First test day Valencia

The OrangeArrows team started their four day test in Valencia today, just like 5 other teams. Although the teams often do their tests there it is an important one just before the Monaco Grand Prix. The Valencia circuit and the streets of Monaco are very similar; lots of corner and very narrow
Johnny Herbert and Enrique Bernoldi performed their test without any problems in very sunny and warm conditions. Johnny was focused on the setup of the suspension and Bernoldi worked on a Bridgestone tyre test and improving the traction control software.
Herbert had a good time in the Arrows: "We did not have major problem and we gathered a lot of usefull data for Monaco. It felt good to be in a Formula 1 car again and I am looking forward to tomorrow's continuation of the test."
