We're back from Belgium and had a fantastic race weekend. Thanks to Marc van Beelen who has kept the page up to date. The big disappointment ofcourse was the terrifying crash from Jos of which we have more news:

UPDATE ON JOS' CRASH: The most important news first: Jos is OK, he has a very stiff neck and has to stay in the hospital overnight for observation but he will go home tomorrow (monday). His wife Sophie and his parents have all visited him. After that he has to have some rest. He will not drive on his planned test session at Silverstone on next Tuesday and Wednesday.

The cause of the accident: In lap 10 Jos made a sudden pit stop after his throttle stuck in the bus stop chicane (near the pit stop entrance). With his pit lane rev limiter he was able to keep his engine running and get to the Arrows pit box. In this unplanned pitstop the car was checked, refuelled and given new tyres, and after he got the OK from his team he went back on the track again. Then Jos got to the Stavelot corner where the new part of the circuit joins the old circuit again. This is a 4th gear corner and Jos went in when suddenly a piece of the steering installation broke off and Jos just went straigth on and crashed into the railing. The telemetry read out confirmed this as the G-force indicator went from 3 G to 0 G in a split second.
