Coulthard fastestNine laps for Jos

David Coulthard was on top of the list after this morning's free practice. The Ferraris were 2nd and 3rd, Heidfeld fourth. The chicane which destroyed Coulthard's car yesterday had been lowered to avoid any further accicdents. Still this chicane disabled Jos's efforts. His A22 was heavily damaged after going over the curbs and was unable to drive more than nine laps. He ended up on 21st position.

Interesting was Frentzen's 15th position. He managed to stay in front of Alesi.
