We're back!

Our sincere apologies to all our faithfull visitors who had to do without us. news.verstappen.com was target of a hacker attack which reached its peak during the weekend. On Monday morning the site was 'defaced' twice in a short time, that was when we decided to disable the site and instructed our provider Ision to remove it off the web. The server has been reconstructed and further measures have been installed to protect the site against possible attacks in the future.

The disappointment was just as big with the volunteers who keep the site running as with the visitors and fans who had to do without for a couple of days. The site is maintained in our spare time and it is far from funny if someone tries to mess things up. Hopefully we are better equipped with the work done during the last four days.
