Arrows confirm Frentzen on their website

Heinz-Harald Frentzen has been confirmed as Arrows driver on the team's website for the 2002 season. Tom Walkinshaw now has his team complete as Enrique Bernoldi has already been confirmed, even though Jos Verstappen already had a signed contract for 2002. Apparently you can expect anything in Formula 1 especially in a team where Tom Walkinshaw is ruler and master. A very disappointing surprise for the many Jos Verstappen fans.

Jos's first reaction was short: "I haven't heard anything from the team yet, Huub Rothengatter told me about the 'news' on the Arrows site. I am very disappointed. No more comments from me right now I have to let it sink in for a while."
Huub Rothengatter commented: "Despite all rumours of the last few weeks I am absolutely flabbergasted. Officially we have not had any notification and I am unpleasantly surprised with the press statement on the Arrows site. I have been in Formula 1 for over 20 years but I have not experienced anything like this. It means we will be extremely busy the next coming weeks. To be continued...."
