Jos Verstappen supports: Race against Aids

On July 20 and 21 there will be the first Stop Aids Now race at the circuit of Zolder in Belgium. All proceedings of this event will be going to the aidsprojects of Stop Aids Now. On Saturday 20 July the qualifications will take place and on Sunday the race. Many autosport related activities will be present. Today Jos Verstappen decided to support this initiative.

Jos will be present during the Stop Aids Now Race, he will be joining the Benetton F1 team with the '94 and '95 cars. The Benetton team will do a demonstration on the circuit.

To clarify things: Jos wil not be driving. However he is present to meet his fans and hand out autographs, let his picture taken, etc. The programme will start at 10.10 on Saturday 21 July with races in various classes like the ID&T Radio Clio Renault Sport Cup (both qualifying and race) and ex-Cup cars (Citroen Saxo / Alfa 156 / Renault Mégane). Jos will be present from 11am onwards.

The organisors of the event are working on a special surprise, more information can be found on their website. You will support the projects of Stop Aids Now when you attend the event on 20 and 21 July. Several weeks after the race it will be broadcasted on Eurosport.
