Jos: "all of a sudden it got hot"

After the race we spoke with Jos. Slightly disappointed because he didn't make it to the checkered flag. "Nothing I could do, the electronics box was melting. I saw smoke, I could smell and feel it. The smoke was coming from the cockpit. It was getting rather hot underneath my seat. That didn't promise anything good. Besides if I would not have had that problem I would have had some during my second stop. Our electric fuel rig did not work properly, which meant we would have had to refuel manually which takes a long time. Of course I wish I would have been able to finish of course." according to Jos who was happy with his laptimes. He drove very acceptable times until his first stop. With lap times of 1.26 he was able to keep Firman and Wilson behind him. After Jos's pitstop Firman gained a place. Jos: "that was the only way to get passed me."
