Jos not quite satisfied

Jos just called us from Germany, commenting on today's happenings on the Nurburgring in preparation for the European Grand Prix.
During the test session this morning, Minardi used all the time they had. "At one time we had a very good dry weather setup, which was our aim because that is what is forecasted for the weekend. The first free practice was with plenty of fuel in the car to simulate race conditions."

The prequalification was something different. "When Webber was driving, it started raining. We were given green light for the full wet tyres. We changed the whole setup of the car from dry to wet conditions. Although I managed to stay on the track I have to say that my flying lap was not perfect. There was a lot of water on the tarmac and I had to concentrate very hard."

We asked him whether a wet qualification session was a possibility. Jos answered: "In this region a rain shower like we had is quite normal, but we are hoping for dry weather.
