Test and free practice

The first free test session has just finished. Minardi had 3 cars on the track, driven by Jos Verstappen, Bruni and Kiesa. The test was almost without any problems, only Jos had a fuel pressure problem in his fastest lap.

Jos lost about half an hour when his brakes needed to be changed during the first free practice. When he finally went onto the track a chance to get a fast lap was gone due to rain. Jarno Trulli set the fastest time during this session.
