Sheikh Maktoum seems to have found the right image for his series by example of the Dutch fans. The many orange spots on the stands and all of them are entusiastic and cheering for their country, he wishes all countries would do this.
Because not all countries are in favour about dressing up in their national colours, the Sheikh is rewarding the most enthusiastic supporter with free tickets.
In Dubai there are 100 free tickets for each of the participating countries. The most faithful fans in their national colours will be rewarded with 2 tickets courtsy of Sheikh Maktoum.
And ..... no, flights to Dubai are not included!
