Tyre problems Jos Verstappen confirmed

We have just spoken with Jos Verstappen who wanted to tell us, as he thought, that he had problems with the tyres. "Not our fault" Jos said in a disappointed voice. "I kind of knew it; if you improve your time during worsening conditions it can only be due to the rubber. The tyres have been analysed and we have been told that the left front tyre we used during runs 2 and 3 was not up to spec. An official of the tyre manufacturer has told us this. Well, that's it. I don't like it and I am very disappointed, we could have qualified a lot further forward. Words cannot express how I feel and I don't understand how it can happen, it is not very professional. The whole team has worked very hard and then the tyres are not right which ruins our qualification."
