Investigations by the Arrows team have confirmed that the cause of Jos' accident during the Belgian Grand Prix was a broken stub axle at the left front wheel. The axle, made of titanium, has been replaced by a metal one. The same happened to Ricardo Rosset during testing last wednesday.
