The only reason that the Arrows team-presentation is postponed is that the car isn't completely ready, states the Jos Verstappen Fanclub. All other 'information' is based on speculation and is not true. What is meant by not completely ready is not clear: It could indeed have something to do with sponsor (logo's) and it could mean that the car is not technically ready. When the team-presentation will now be held hasn't yet been announced. We all hope that the Arrows will be ready for the planned test-session at Estoril, Portugal, from february the 17th thru february, 23.
