Today Arrows has confirmed 1996 European FIA Formula 3000 Champion Jorg Mueller as official test driver for 1997. The 27 year-old German will be contracted exclusively to TWR and will resume the testing role begun with the team last September at this week's Bridgestone tyre test in Portugal.
