HSF Logistics proudly supports Max

Published on 06 June 2014 by Stefan Meens

Like Max Verstappen, HSF Logistics strives for a fast and reliable journey from start to finish. The Dutchman pursues this on several European circuits in his Van Amersfoort Racing Formula 3 car, whilst HSF Logistics strive for it on the open European roads with their driving force of over 700 units. It therefore did not take long before a collaboration between HSF Logistics and 16-year-old Dutch racer was established.

After two meetings at the HSF Logistics office in Nijmegen, a new sponsor ship deal was sealed within an hour. This means that the HSF Logistics logo will feature on Max’ Van Amersfoort Racing F3 car next week, during a two day test session at Monza. The company’s logo will be displayed on both the front and rear wing as well as on the walls in the VAR pitbox.

HSF Logistics focuses on the refrigerated transport and related logistics services including distribution, packaging and cold storage. CEO Simon Frederiks has a very clear vision for the future and he banks on a long term collaboration with Max. “HSF Logistics and many of our employees have been following Max intensely for quite a while now. He is really leaving an impression with his rapid progression into single seater racing. It’s just unheard of the way he made the leap from karting into Formula 3. The expectations might be high but Max’ already proved he is up to the challenge”, explains the enthusiastic owner of the logistics company.

The history of HSF Logistics shares similarities with Max’ career. The company was and is very ambitious and the goals set were reached, as HSF Logistics developed quickly. In addition, Frederiks has been involved in motor racing for many years and knows a talent when he sees it. “Max really draws the attention to him with his talent. He is a fast learner and makes a name for himself on the track. He is the prime candidate to fulfil the Dutch Formula 1 dream. At HSF Logistics we want to support Max in his career by establishing a long term collaboration as we are very confident in Max’ capabilities and talent.”

It goes without saying, that Max is delighted with this new collaboration: “I’m very happy with HSF Logistics’ support, especially in these tough economic times. I want to express gratitude to this European refrigerated transport company. My ultimate goal is Formula 1 and I hope to reach F1 together, in a fast and reliable manner."
