Video: Max presented as the youngest F1 rookie

Max Verstappen was presented as the new Scuderia Toro Rosso driver on the Austrian TV show “Sport und Talk aus dem Hangar-7” on Servus TV. In a twenty minute feature, the 16-year-old Dutchman was joined by Dr. Helmut Marko, the Red Bull advisor who played a key part in signing Max. Verstappen junior professionally answered all questions in German whilst Marko reiterated why Red Bull so desperately tried to sign Max.

Apart from the interview, the Austrian program showed unique footage of Max’ first Formula Renault 3.5 test at the Red Bull Ring and the previous Euro F3 weekend at the Nürburgring, The events were Max’ first outings as a Red Bull Junior.
