According to an article in Dutch Newspaper 'Algemeen Dagblad' this morning the Arrows team presentation is postponed due to the fact that they want to present the car with the names of all their sponsors on it. Arrows is still negotiating with some of them. Another reason mentioned is that the car is still not completely ready and that they now expect to have it ready on thursday. Everybody, including Verstappen-sponsor Philips, assures that Verstappen will be the first driver and Rosset the second driver. The newspaper further speculates that this all could be an ultimate attempt from teamboss, and though negotiator, Jacky Oliver to generate some more money out of his sponsorcontracts.
