Max celebrates 17th birthday in Japan

Ever since it was announced that Max Verstappen will drive the 2015 Formula World Championship for Scuderia Toro Rosso, thus becoming the youngest ever F1 driver, a lot has been said and written regarding the Dutchman's age. Last month, Fernando Alonso renarked that 'age is just a number in your passport'. As of today, 30 September, that number has gone up one with Max turning seventeen.

The Red Bull Junior will not have a lot of time to celebrate his birthday as he is currently in Suzuka to prepare for his free practice 1 outing on the legendary Japanese track. On behalf of the entire Verstappen Info Page team, we wish Max a happy birthday and a successful (racing) year ahead.
