Nigel Mansell told today that he won't be returning to Formula 1. He declared that his schedule was too busy to fit in Formula 1, Jordan and the sponsors.

On February, 20 a trial will be held against Frank Williams, Patrick Head, Adrian Newey (Williams) Roland de Bruynserade (FIA), Federico Bendinelli and Giorgio Poggi (Imola circuit) for manslaugther in connection to the tragic death of Ayrton Senna in 1994 on Imola. As a consequence the FIA declared to have difficulties to persuade officials to fulfill their task in Italy. The Tyrrell and Benetton teams also stated that it might be impossible for them to race in Italy if there were convictions.
