The Arrows team-presentation is postponed due to last-minute adjustments to the car and the sponsor-logos. We believe that it all has to do with last-minute contracting of Ricardo Rosset, bringing along new sponsors and their logos. The Arrows-team will be testing at Estoril, Portugal, from february 17th thru february 23rd, alongside with Benetton. Ligier, Jordan and Ferrari. Hopefully the new lay-out of the car will be ready then.
