The latest rumour is that Tom Walkinshaw, ex-teamboss of Ligier (see february 18), is interested in taking over Arrows from Jackie Oliver. Jos Verstappen as well as his manager Huub Rothengatter do not confirm this rumour. They don't deny it either though.
