Everyone is preparing for the next Grand Prix in Brazil on March 30. We have opened our contest again so you now can 'place your bets' for the coming Grand Prix.

In its latest press release Tyrrell has shown confidence in the fact that progress has been made in crucial areas since returning from Australia. Since then the handling balance of the chassis when running on the new softer compound Goodyear tyres has been improved. The electrical problem that Mika had in the first race has also been solved Tyrrell hopes for. Harvey Postlethwaite has declared that the team has made good progress towards getting the set-up right for the tyres that will be used in Brazil. The team's priority is in the two cars taking the chequered flag. "With high temperatures and the possibility of storms, strategy and reliability will be important.."

Jos is looking forward to returning to the circuit where he made his F1 debut in 1994 and is pleased with the changes that have been made to the car since Australia. After testing in Silverstone Jos said: "We still have work to do to find a good handling balance but I am more comfortable in the car than I have been before. We have moved the steering rack and column which has improved the driving position and made it easier for me to brake, so I can take the car into the corners with more confidence.

Tyrrell has contracted another sponsor: Epson, the Japanese manufacturer of printers and the likes. The Epson-logo can be found on the side of the front wing.

After the Brazilian Grand Prix the Tyrrell team will stay on in South America and go straight down to Buenos Aires, Argentina for round 3 of the FIA F1 World Championship.

Tyrrell chassis numbers are now:

Car 18, Jos Verstappen025 / 02
Car 19, Mika Salo025 / 03
Spare Car, Jos Verstappen025 / 01
