Max looking forward to Spa: "I hope to see many fans there!"

Even though Max is enjoying some well earned R&R, Verstappen.nl asked the youngster to briefly look back at the successful weekend at Hockenheim and to look ahead at his 'home' Grand Prix at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

"I am already enjoying my Summer break here in the South of France. The weather is great here", says the Red Bull Racing-driver. "To look back quickly at the weekend, it was a great result for the team to have a double podium finish. It was good to be up there again and also to see a lot of fans there. I definitely enjoyed the weekend. The whole weekend we were quick and on the pace. It gives a lot of satisfaction to be second in the constructors, so of course we are very happy with that."

Max also looks ahead at the Belgian Grand Prix that will take place on August 28th: "I am also looking ahead. My next race is at Spa so that feels like a home Grand Prix. Hopefully I will see a lot of fans there. Because it’s one of the best tracks in the world and hopefully we can do a good job there again. We’ll see."
