Michael Schumacher was fastest in the Friday free practice sessions of the Australian Grand Prix with a best time of 1:32.496. Jos only came to a 17th time (1:36.716) due to braking problems while Salo came to a 14th time with 1:36.142. In the morning session was faster than Salo. For a complete overview of the free practice you can take a look at our season page. After the session Jos' car was inspected and the braking problem was located. Due to this problem Jos could only build up a braking pressure of 65 bar while it should have been 90 bar, according to telemetrics data. Luckily enough this problem is now being solved in time for the qualifying session tomorrow.
