Jos continued his test with the Tyrrell team today at the circuit of Magny-Cours in France after the test had been postponed yesterday after 30 laps with a blown up engine. The goal of the test session today was to drive a race distance and to solve the problem with the pneumatic gearbox and the electrical problem that occurred at the pitstop of Jos in Imola.

The team had some problems today with the test session. At first a problem occurred with the wheel suspension of which a bolt had gone loose and which took 1,5 hour. An electrical problem occurred later on which took the team another hour to solve. Eventually Jos was able to test for 70 laps in total which went well. The problem with the pneumatic gearbox has been solved. During the test today the team simulated pit stops and also solved the electrical problem that occurred during pit stops.
