Pirelli announces tyre choices USA Grand Prix

Pirelli, Formula 1’s sole tyre supplier, has announced the tyre choices the different teams have made for the USA Grand Prix. During the race weekend in Austin Texas, the teams have the soft, super-soft and ultra-soft compound tyre at their disposal.
It’s striking, when we review the list, the large amount of softs that McLaren has chosen to run on at this Grand Prix. After their reserved tyre strategy for the Japanese Grand Prix earlier, they have once again taken the same course for the weekend on the Circuit of the Americas.
At the three top teams, the differences aren’t that big. Ferrari is regarding Sebastian Vettel's tyre choice the most aggressive, while at Aston Martin Red Bull Racing both drivers have gone for the least sets of ultra-soft tyres.
