The Benetton team announced yesterday that Giancarlo Fisichella will be racing for the team next year. This means that one of the current drivers, Alesi or Berger, should leave at the end of the season. Alesi has been reported to be switching places with Fisichella for 1998. Berger, who just missed three races because of sinus operations, is not sure he still wants to race next season. So, maybe we will get a totally new driver line-up for Benetton next season.
