Max will drive the RB16 first in Barcelona on Wednesday

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing confirmed which days their drivers will come into action during the first test week in Barcelona.

Max Verstappen has the honour of driving the brand new RB16 first, on Wednesday 19th February. The Dutchman will drive the whole day, that is from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening, with a one-hour break at 13.00.

On Thursday 20th February it is teammate Alex Alon’s turn, who will drive that whole day for Red Bull. On Friday 21st February the available time will be divided between both drivers: Max will drive in the morning, after which Albon will take over the wheel in the afternoon.

It is still possible that the schedule will change if circumstances demand. The schedule for next week, when testing will take place from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th February, has not yet been announced.
