Max: 'I try to stay as fit as possible for when we start racing again'

Everyone tries to make the best of it, while coronavirus goes around the world. Max Verstappen is only allowed to leave his apartment in Monaco by way of exception, but does everything to stay fit for when he can start racing again. He is fortunate to have the necessary sport- and fitness equipment available at home.

“Because of the current situation I try to stay as much as possible inside”, according to Max. “I try to do my workouts at home. And I do a lot of simulator work on my own simulator at home. In combination with a lot of exercise, I try to be ready for when we start racing again. In the meantime, I hope all of you stay healthy of course.”
