Times set in the warm-up session this morning for the Austrian Grand Prix were quite a bit higher than those set in qualifying yesterday. Mika Hakkinen was the fastest man this morning with a time of 1:12.803, followed by Trulli, Michael Schumacher, Fisichella, Coulthard and Barrichello. Jos could keep up with the pace with a time of 1:14.766, a 17th spot, Salo a little less with 1:15.340, still good for a 19th spot.

Tarso Marques did not drive this morning due to a disqualifying for the race this afternoon. His car was under the minimum weigth of 600kg. Minardi commented that this was unintentional and that Marques lost 3 kg of weight since the last official weighing.
