It is still uncertain whether Tom Walkinshaw will and can keep hold of Mugen-Honda as engine supplier. If this is the case then Mugen-Honda can become the engine supplier for his Arrows team. If not than it could well be that a major engine manufacturer will badge the Hart engine. Talks are that this would be Volvo because they are already involved with TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing) in the BTCC (British Touring Car's Championship). Most TWR staff at Ligier will probably switch to Arrows, including technical director Frank Dernie, and TWR will bring sponsors Power Horse (Austrian Energy Drink) and Parmalat (Italian dairy corporation) to Arrows. TWR's turnover last year was 300 million British Pounds and is bound to grow as TWR will also be involved in the manufacturing of certain types of production Volvo's. Tom Walkinshaw has said that he aims for the top six this year with the Arrows team.
