Brian Hart, constructor of the Hart V8 engine for the Arrows car, has offered his apologies to Jos for the poor engine performance. The problems with the valves won't be solved for at least 2 months. After that the Hart will be equipped with pneumatic valves. This is made possible by the extra money that can be spend by the team now that Tom Walkinshaw has taken over Arrows.
