Sergio Perez moved back to P13

Sergio Perez has been moved back to P13 after track limit infringements. The Mexican driving for Oracle Red Bull Racing had his last lap time in Q2 deleted and all his Q3 lap times.

His best lap in Q2 was not good enough to go through to Q3, so he moved back from fourth to thirteenth on the grid for the sprint race on the Red Bull Ring.
