Oracle Red Bull Racing have won the 2023 Constructors' Championship at Suzuka in a year where nobody seems to be able to challenge the team. Team boss Christian Horner says: “It was a great race for us, and it’s been a great year. I am enormously proud of the entire team. This is also thanks to all the staff at the factory in Milton Keynes. For Red Bull and all our partners, this is a fantastic reward for all the great work they have done to achieve these results. It is fitting that we achieved this championship here with Honda in Japan, in front of all the fans. Our sixth title ever and that with six races to go. We are experiencing a phenomenal year. This is more than we ever dreamed of.”
The Brit only has the highest of praise for Max Verstappen, who had a flawless victory in Japan, securing Red Bull the constructors' title: "This whole weekend his performance has been at another level. Starting from the very first lap in FP1, Max was dominating the track. We saw a great qualifying lap and he crossed the line almost 20 seconds ahead of Lando Norris. Max has certainly delivered and is really in a league of his own at the moment."
