Real Racers Never Quit with Max Verstappen

The Real Racers Never Quit sim racing concept will return in the shape of a real championship, and Max Verstappen will be participating. The first round will take place on Tuesday evening, on the 16th of January. The three-time Formula 1 world champion will be competing against sim racers from various racing backgrounds, including Team Redline, Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing and real racing drivers.

The Real Racers Never Quit championship will span four weeks, with six races slated in various motorsport categories, from GT3 to Formula 3 and Formula 4. The first round starts tonight at 8 p.m. with a GT3 race on the virtual circuit of Daytona. Max, of course, will represent Verstappen.com Racing.

Other names and talents from motorsports who will join the fray include Thierry Vermeulen (DTM), Felipe Drugovich (Formula 1 reserve driver Aston Martin), Daniel Juncadella (WEC), Dennis Hauger (F2), Rudy van Buren (Red Bull Racing sim driver), Kelvin van der Linde (DTM and WEC), Job van Uitert (ELMS), Antonio Felix da Costa (Porsches), Gabriel Bortoleto (F3) and Red Bull juniors Enzo Deligny and Kacper Sztuka.

The Real Racers Never Quit championship will also see big names from sim racing participate. Coming from Team Redline and Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing are Sebastian Job, Cooper Webster, Chris Lulham, Luke Bennett, Gianni Vecchio, Josh Thompson, Diogo Pinto, Ole Steinbraten, Enzo Bonito, Sam Kuitert, Gustavo Ariel, William Chadwick and Florian Lebigre.
