Apart from Michael Schumacher the Williams and McLaren teams will have to explain their actions in the European Grand Prix to the F.I.A. World Council. As we reported yesterday there is evidence that Williams and McLaren made a deal about the result of the race. Currently there is no such rule that forbids this but according to F.I.A. president Max Mosley this will be changed in the near future.
