Prost Gauloises Blondes has signed Jarno Trulli for the 1998 and 1999 season. Jarno Trulli knows the team well because he has driven in 7 of the 17 races where he replaced Olivier Panis after his accident in Canada. Alain Prost said about Jarno: "He came at our team when we had a difficult time. Jarno immediately impressed me with the ease in which he adapted, his ability to learn, his motivation and his driving talent."

Jarno said about it: "I'm joining a team in which there is a good spirit and the prospect of pursuing my career here is really perfect. I am convinced that Prost Grand Prix has a bright future."

Michael Schumacher fears a severe punishment at the FIA hearing on November 11 in London for his attempt to knock off Jacques Villeneuve at the last Grand Prix in Jerez. In an interview for RTL he didn't elaborate on this but the press is speculating about it. Speculations range from a $250.000 fine, a 5 point cut off in next season up to a 3 race ban.

From November 14 to 16 the Grensland Racing & Tuning Show is held in Hasselt, Belgium. You can see the current F1 cars of Williams, Ferrari, McLaren, Jordan, Stewart and Sauber. Besides there is the 50 year Ferrari exhibit, that was also on display at Speed & Design, among other things.
