Thierry ahead of DTM Nurburgring: 'Hope to hit the ground running'

Verstappen.com Racing is represented in the DTM and GT World Challenge Sprint (GTWC) by Thierry Vermeulen, who drivers a Ferrari 296 GT3 of Emil Frey Racing. The Dutchman previews the upcoming DTM weekend at the Nürburgring.

“After a couple of weeks holiday, rest and preparation, it’s finally time again to be back at DTM”, says Thierry. “I am super excited to get going. This weekend we are driving at the Nürburgring, a track with lots of history in DTM and a track where the weather can play a big role as we witnessed last year with heavy rain during the races.”

Thierry adds: “I think it will be a super exciting weekend. We had a test at the Nürburgring to prepare ourselves as best as we can and of course with the team we have worked hard in preparation of this upcoming weekend, so we can hit the ground running when we arrive on Friday. It hasn’t been the easiest season so far, but the speed is there and hopefully this weekend we can put it all together and bring home two good results. I will certainly give it my everything!”
