As reported on October 16 TWR Arrows will be using Yamaha engines again in 1998 but more and more it looks like these engines won't be prepared by John Judd anymore but by Brian Hart. Hart was supplying Minardi with engines in 1997 but Minardi will use the Ford V10 next year. Yamaha might even start "badging" Brian Hart's engines. Herbie Blash, sporting director of Yamaha, said that further announcements will be made in a couple of days.

The Speed & Design '97 exhibit in Utrecht, The Netherlands is very well visited. There are daily fanclubmeetings in which Jos Verstappen is interviewed by Olav Mol. Furthermore there are special guests every day. Today for example René Arnoux is special guest of Ferrari and Tom Coronel is here every day. Jos Verstappen ofcourse is here too every day. Yesterday a VIP race was staged at the karting track on the exhibit which was won by Huub Stapel. Other contestants of the VIP race where among others Jimmy Geduld, Peter Lusse and Jeroen van Inkel. The SBS6 satellite broadcaster was there too. If you want to see what they have filmed just watch 'Brutale Meiden' on November 7 and 14.

Our own stand in the Jos Verstappen hall is well visited. So good that the special mouse mats that we have made are sold out already. We will have a new batch printed ASAP so that you can order them at the fanclub or on our site. In our stand you can also play Grand Prix 2. If you want to, you can try to improve on the fastest time set up until now of 2:06.215 on Spa-Francorchamps by Patrick Verkruisen.
