In Dutch newspaper 'Algemeen Dagblad' Jos stated that the Arrows team has difficulties in keeping up with Jos and with other teams. While other teams are improving the Arrows team is standing still. The team will be testing again this week at Silverstone. Brian Hart is working on a version with pneumatic valves but he has to do with a team of only 25 people while Renault for example has 200 people working for them. There are again talks of Volvo willing to badge (adopt) Hart (see our article on April 4 on this subject). The Hart engine is lacking about 70 Hp on the top engines. The new pneumatic valve version should be more reliable and should deliver more power.
