The F.I.A. announced today that Esteban Tuero has been denied a Superlicense. Because of this he is not allowed to compete in Formula 1. According to the governing body the 19-year old Tuero is not capable enough to drive a Grand Prix car. Tom Kristensen and Laurent Redon are lining up to take up the vacancy at Minardi. Let's hope that there is also some hope for Verstappen...
