Claudio Berro, spokesman for Ferrari, has announced that the Italian team will file an official protest on Thursday against the "steering" braking system of McLaren. At first it was expected that Ferrari would only do this on Saturday after the qualifying session. "I don't what the other teams will do but we have decided to file the protest in the course of Thursday" according to Claudio. McLaren's teammanager, Jo Ramirez, declared that McLaren might decide not to use the system in Brazil to stay out of trouble. If other teams will use a similar system though (Williams and Jordan) than McLaren will decide to use it also.
