Jos has given in his career a lot of signatures on several photographs, posters, T-shirts and on the most diverent objects and bodyparts. Dick van Gerwen did even go further. As a wedding gift, he and his wife gave eachother a tattoo and Dick wanted a Jos Verstappen tattoo. It was placed in October last year and it wouldn't be complete without the personal signature of Jos himself. For this occasion, Dick went to the fair Speed and Design in Utrecht to get his autograph from Jos. After the fanclub meeting, Dick went strait to the fanclub stand to assure himself a good position for the signing of his tattoo. When Jos. heard of the request, he took the time to sign Dick his tattoo. Although the place was very crowded, Jos managed to set his autograph and said about it, "I'm very honored to sign this tattoo, and it gives me and all the other fans a big support for the future." Although Jos his future is uncertain at this moment, Dick told, " I have newer regretted this tattoo, my meaning is, a real fan remains a fan."
