The Arrows team among others is negotiating with tyre manufacturer Bridgestone to supply them with tyres instead of Goodyear who is now supplying all of the teams.

There are again talks of three car teams. The new idea is that if the grid drops back to 18 cars (through the 107 percent rule for example), some teams (the lesser teams first) are allowed to enter a third car.
