The president of the organizing comittee of the French Grand Prix at Magny-Cours, Mr. Jean Glavany, has resigned due to differences of opinion in the way the circuit has to be run. It is still uncertain wether the French Grand Prix will go through or not and the departure of Jean Glavany doesn't help to clear up the situation.
